Saratoga&#39;s Rice to swim for <b>Siena</b>

LOUDONVILLE -- Saratoga Springs High School senior Elizabeth Rice is one of five student-athletes who have signed to attend Siena College in the fall and compete for the women’s swimming and diving team.
